I am looking at a Skybolt that has had some pretty serious mods done to wings, I'm sure all of you guys have seen the nice one with the scheizer metal wings. They appear to be very strong and should be fine at higher weights for cross country use. I would like to get a 2000+ lb gross weight for the plane which is already at 1850. Does anyone know what is required to increase the weights on a already certified experimental aircraft, is it just a manual change or is some serious flight testing and tons of paper work going to be in order. Advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
