I'm a low hour pilot, really like the look of biplanes. I'm looking for a plan built design, for a two seater amphibious float aircraft. Preferably using steel tube and fabric construction mostly. One I quite liked is the Lightwing PR-Bipe, but that is a kit, which means spending all the money up front. I'd prefer to spend money a bit at a time as I go through the project. Any suggestions? Thanks,

David
