I have 1 exhaust port that keeps blowing gaskets. I messed up the port further while trying to "clean it up". In anycase, I will be fixing the mess by renting a exhaust port grinder.
Question: With 200 hrs since the engine was dismantled and rebuilt (not an overhaul, and nothing done to the cylinders) 1000hrs TSN, and no leaks from the other cylinders (5 gaskets in 100hrs with this one cylinder) - would I be wise to grind/dress all exhaust ports, or only the know problem?
