It's been a wile since I posted on this forum. I guess I've been busy enjoying the AC2. Whata delight to fly. However on a recent inspection and after 200 hours in the air I found damage to my flying wires. I removed the wood javelins and found that the flying and landing wires have been touching. Oviously with the vibration of the engine and flight they have started to wearsmall grooves into the wires. Not as deep as the tooth on a hack saw blade but there nontheless. Does anyone know the minimum dimensions for these wires. Do you know if they are published anyware? I've looked but found nothing today. I'm going to give Steen a call on Monday and get their take on it.

I wondered if the nicks can be filed out much like those sometimes found on propeller blades.

Any thoughts?

Dave
