I had my truss repaired by aTIG welder. You can see the penetrant dye in the pic. I have 2 questions:
1. Was usingTIG over the old gas weld OK to do?
2. The plane is a 75 Skybolt, so itprobably has the thinner wall tubing. Is there any way to beef this up in situ?
