I just found out that a company in Spain makes new wood/composite blades. They make them for every application from RVs to Spitfires. They make the blade to use on your old hartzell hub etc. I think alot of YAK guys have used them on there M14p engines. Any experience with these? They claim to beable to produce a lighter weight better performing blade that doesn't cause the vibration issues and weight issues of aluminum blades. Ideal for my application as I'd beable to still use a controlable propeller system (bladder system and Hub) from Hartzell but have new blades that won't put so much stress on my engines center bearing and crankshaft in general. Any thoughts? Ohhhh also the price is still in there air to see if its even an option.
