Internal Flying Wire hole in spar

Hi


I have all my lower wings almost done with metal completed an I am about to drill the 1" diam hole for the Flying wire pin and am a bit disoriented.
How do you do that hole? I am not comfortable drilling such a big hole in the spar. Any special tooling?
