• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

So Eric and Oliver organized a little box day today at Keller Bros. It was absolutely perfect weather! A slight crosswind on the ground and some good box xwind for practice! I had a great time practicing the intermediate known and my free for next weekends contest Eric is running at Cape May. Super Excited! Still working on my avalanches..... but trying to fly the rest as clean as I can to make up for the poorly flown avalanche hahaha! I have a handle on a new technique so I’ll practice that this week. Man when I really mess them up I can perform a great tumble though!!! Haha! Anyways we had a great day with myself flying my intermediate stuff, Jimmy Proton continuing to stir the pot flying his decat to the xxxxxxtreme! Eric thoroughly abused his pitts to his content! Igor put in a good show flying the sportsman known and some free figures (he stole my sporty known) now he has to fly it!!! Oliver flew some very clean runs in sporty known with his RV8....... watch out JP...... and Caleb Keller beat up his Cap 10 in Primary. It was his first time flying the sequence I believe. Unfortunately I didn’t get any pics of that..... but I did go up in it with his Dad, Dan as a safety pilot and coached him through some basic figures. As always I had a great time and thanks to Eric and Oliver for putting it together. Ohh!!! Big one..... today ASIIS rocked over 100 hrs ;)
