I was perusing Steen Aero's sight and they had this listed as a Good Resource.
They say that the Cozy Builder's group have done a fine job of completely indexing many of the Sport Aviation, Experimenter and Kitplanes magazines. You can basically go onto their site and do a search for Skybolt, Pitts, Acro Sport, etc and pull up a listing of all the articles that have been written on it.
It doesn't provide the article itself, but it'll point you in the right direction.
