$54,000 Aircraft 450 hrs TT, 450 hours TT on a Factory Lycoming IO-540-D4A5. Whirlwind 400C. Recent Annual, Compressions 74,75,76, 78,76,77. Christen Inverted Fuel/Oil. Manual and Electric Auto and On Fuel pump, Smoke Tank installed with the system components included, JPI Engine Analyzer, FUEL FLOW & Used meter, King Kt76a radio, Apparo ADSB IN and OUT, G-meter Front(Digital) and Rear, Annunciator Lights/Warning horn for LOSS of Oil Pressure, Chip Detector, Fuel Press,Low Fuel Qty. Skytec Starter, Fresh Tires, Brakes, Parking brake, High Noise Intercom, DC power outlets for ANR. Aircraft was built in the 80s and completely rebuilt in 2000. It spent 10 years in a hangar with the engine pickled and the last 5 years in my care (100 hours in last 5 years, about twice a month average) .The hours will change as spring approaches. It's an honest flying, fly it anywhere airplane. It's set up for Seat Chutes, I have some cushions if you need them. I really hate to see it go, a good friend is selling me his and I can't have two.
