i have a question for you, hoping somebody can help me.
I have a factory Pitts and this year at the annual it had the hoses in the engine compartment changed due to time limit. And also the oil filter was changed as usual. Other than the hoses, it was a standard annual.
After, i did an engine run up and everything was ok. I put the cowlings and went for a flight; the climb was ok but when i leveled the oil pressure started fluctuating, going to zero and back fast, in a couple of seconds to zero and back to normal. It did 5 or 6 times then stopped, than again after 10 minutes. It seems not to happen when inverted.
Any suggestion for the cause? Could it be a defective hose? Or troubles with the oil pump?
Thanks and ciao

Alberto
