So how many guys are using the PC680 battery in their airplanes, if so and you have the ability to set the charge rate with like me with an adjustable solid state regulator what kind of charge rate are you seeing volt wise? The PC owners manual says a charge rate of 14.1 to 14.7 not to exceed 15.0 is recommended with at least a 40 amp alt output. I originally set it at 14.0 , and it has normally run from 13.8 to 14.2 for well over 100 hrs of flight time, But recently the last 20 hrs or so has been running in the mid 13s I have tried setting the voltage adjustment up slightly and even this last time a bit higher, and although it is charging at a bit higher rate still is in the mid to hi 13s not in the 14v range. To be fair I did during the ads-b installation run it way down several times, but both times it charged back up. I am not sure just how this battery works regarding hi temps and or whether if the battery is charged it will not except the higher voltage charge rate, or if the battery needs to be replaced? But I have seen a much lower voltage with the master on than before, but it still starts every time. Any advice or ideas would be much appreciated. Dave
