Hello gang,
I am still working on my S-1-D project and come to point of the turtledeck. I would just like to buy one if someone had one for sale. If not what would be lighter Alum or wood, also why is there both anyway? I am trying to build my Pitts as light as I can because I only have a Lyc O-290 D2 engine for the D model and poss Lyd O-235 for the C model. So light is the word like using the original gear instead of Grove alum leaf type. Is the RV-3 gear even lighter?
