Poly fibre covering Turtle Deck

Starting to get ready to cover my Fusalage but am a little confused with the process.
In the polyfibre manual it talks about applying poly brush to the wing leading edge before covering. Does this apply to the Aluimimum turtle deck on the fusalage as well?
