This is a general question regarding rudder cable routing... Preferably answered by someone who has seen a lot of rudder cable routings in small planes.
If the rudder cables are routed from the rear pedals to the rudder through bulkhead fairleads, is it permissable for the routing to take a turn at one of the fairleads? In other words, there is a slight bend in the routing.
Is there a permissible maximum angle before pulleys become necessary to achieve the bend?
Thanks,
Glenn
