When glueing the ribs onto the spar, only glue the ribs at the compression strut stations. Set the drag wire blocks, drill them for wires, then glue the other ribs into place. If you glue all the ribs in place at one time, you wont have clearance for the drill when drilling the holes in the drag blocks.
