I have a Skybolt project that includes a welded fuselage and a wing kit.

The fuselage is welded, on the gear with empennage, rudder pedals, control sticks (no torque tube), and material to complete I-struts. All of the attachment tabs and fairing standoffs remain to be done.

The wings are a Sparcraft wing-kit in the (24 foot long) box (spliced top wing and routed plywood ribs): includes all wood required to finish wings. Includes all stainless drag/anti-drag wires and metal fittings.

I am the original purchaser; I had the fuselage welded up in 1996 by an experienced welder and assembled the ailerons with epoxy glue.

Email or call if interested

jstovall,

The wing kit has been sold, but the fuselage complete with the empennage, rudder pedals, control sticks (no torque tube), and material to complete I-struts is still available for $2,500.00.
I also have a new set of Cleveland 600 x 6 wheels and brakes, Kit number 199-10403. These wheels are magnesium with chrome disks. The wheels are model 40-59A and the brakes are 30-59A. These wheels fit 1.5" axles and are rated for 1,750 pounds static load and 6,000 pounds limit load. If purchased with the fuselage they are available for an additional $500.00. Purchased separately, they are $1,000.00.
Thanks for inquiring. Lou

I am looking for the weight online but having no luck. Does your paperwork show the weight?

EDIT: Found the weight...

I am asking $2,500.00. I am located in Dade City, FL, 30 miles NW of Lakeland, 38 miles NE of Tampa. I also have two sets of plans, the 1975 original Steen plans and the 1993 Hale Wallace plans. I also have 362 pages of McKenzie's Skybolt News published between 1976 and 1982.
The fuselage is welded, on the gear with empennage, rudder pedals, control sticks (no torque tube), and material to complete I-struts. All of the attachment tabs and fairing standoffs remain to be done.
The fuselage was welded up in 1996 by an experienced welder.
