Hi you all,

I am making all ribs for my Skybolt. In upper and lower wing the space between spars is all covered with 1/16 plywood. My question is if I need to drill/drain holes in lower bays of rib before I close it with the other ply?

I enclose photo so you can see the blue points where I am thinking of drilling.
