• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Flew it for the first time today & I want to say a big thanks to the Board for coming up with a sequence that allows the legacy machines to start at the bottom of the box just as the guys in the unlimiteds do.
As has been said over on another thread I can actually finish higher than I started . I can't remember when I've been able to do that.
Also on this note, The unknowns at the last 2 contests I've flown {Morganton, Sebring} have been great at testing "Piloting Skills" instead of the performance of the different mounts.
I'm beginning to think that the Board may actually be paying attention to some of the noise that's been made about the issue of "Sequence Design".
Now if they can continue to resist the pressure from CIVA to redo the Knowns & Frees for the future.
Wes ya might let the "Powers That Be" know that the "Chihuahua" appreciates their attention to this issue next time your collecting your paycheck at headquarters :D.
