Hello,

I plan to install 6 EGT and 6 CHT probes on my Lyc 540. The probes need to be type K thermocouples. Does anybody have a recommendation for good probes? I'm willing to pay (at least a bit more) for good quality. I think I want bayonette style CHT probes (rather than ring terminals under the spark plugs). For EGT, are clamps style probes OK or is it better to weld in bungs in the exhaust system?

Thanks!
