Finally started on the top wing on August 18
First step was to put a layer of fabric out to the first compression rib and to cover the aileron wells
The manual called for doing the left and right sides separately but we used one piece for the top and one for the bottom
Then came the stitching, we had a great Labor Day weekend, but I spent 3 days stitching
I used a lot of stitching cord in the beginning to learn how to do it and thought I was going to run out but the stitching gods were shining upon me
Then we did the taping
This is the wing in the fixture with some Polybrush sprayed on
Next step was the Polyspray
Today we painted the white Ranthane
