I have nearly finished the engine installation on my Acro Sport. Only remaining is to make a few baffel plates, find some way to arrange cables for throttle and mixture and finally I have to build an exhaust system. Engine is an Lycoming O-360. I am going to weld it up from 1,75 in. bends and straights. I havet not yet decided whether to go stainless or (more economical) mild steel. As to which system, there are 3 ways to go:
2 into 1 on each side of engine
4 into 1
Cross-over system.
I think I like the 4 into 1 the best, but it would be nice to hear some opinions on the different systems.
