Does anyone know why the dihedral on the lower wings changed from 2.5 deg to 1 deg [75 v 91 plans]?

I have also finally determined the angle of incidence of the lower wing fuselage brackets... they should read 0.0 on the digital level [tail is shimmed high by 1.5 deg], but both sides currently read 0.2 [trailing edges would need to drop slightly], seeing as both sides are the same, will this be ok? or should i grind off the rear brackets andadjust....
