Hello
I have a Question on the spacing between the outboard rib of the Horizontal Stab and the outboard rib of the Elevator. The gap distance between the spars where the hinges attach is determined by the size of the hinges however the on the outer most ribs the space could be less,
or sould it be kept the same as the hinge gap? I've look through the plans
and don't see the answer. Thank you Tim
