Knight Twister prototype

Hi All,

Does anyone have a copy of the 1933 or '34 issue of Popular Aviation in which Vernon Payne describes the tail surfaces of the Knight Twister prototype? I'm building a replica of the thing, and have all the other drawings - but these have thus far eluded me.
