Pober Super Ace

I’m looking at a Pober Super Ace project, Poberezny’s redesign of the Corben Super Ace. Only a handful of Pober Super Aces have been built, but like many of us, I built models and lusted after the original design. The original Corbin Super Ace had to be the fastest looking, slow airplane ever designed. From looking at the receipts and paperwork, the plane was constructed in the mid 1990’s, and the quality and materials look pretty good.

Anyone have any experience with the Super Ace? I’m thinking it would be a nice Sunday afternoon cruiser with a C-85 or O-200.
