The fuel Servo on the IO320B1A/Acroduster Too is running fine but is getting "old". 18+ years old, Bendix suggests OH @ 20 years. Question:

Are there any signs when a fuel injection servo is getting "tired"?

I have noted I'm using a lot of gas. It runs rich, requires leaning over 1000 rpm. I lean during taxi and run-up. In a 100 mph IAS climb at full throttle I turn 2450-2500 rpm full rich and will gain 150 rpm leaning to peak.

Engine is off a Twin Comanche. I called an old friend who use to have one(two engines). He said he always aggressively leaned...Probably normal?

Thanks,

Jack
