So. California Fabric work help needed

Can anyone do a job for me reccomend someone to do a fabric repair on a skybolt lower wing. It could be a certified guy or not. I need a new tip rib glued on and the 2 outer bays of fabric replaced (wingtip bow to 1st full size rib) through silver or paint which ever works the best.I do not want to ship the wing. Wing is in Corona Ca. need it finished in8weeks will pay
