Alright guys, I've got my first problem.

I have a set of firebolt plans from steen. My top wing was done, but when the previous owner bought the project he cut the top wing in half right at the spar splice so there is no damage to the spar only the splice. I have removed all the splice from the spars... I am now trying to figure out what the correct dimensions of the splice should be... where the grains of the wood should be for each splice..

Can anyone provide more information of the dimensions of the splices and where the grain should be?

Thanks
Wes
