Tailwheel identification and questions

Hi all,

Recently purchased a used 1S, would you be able to confirm if the tailwheel which was installed by the first owner is indeed the "Raven Aircraft" one?

Secondly, what is the best method to attach the steering lock piano wire to the tailwheel mechanism? at this stage, there is simple U shape band in the wire

Any ideas will be most welcomed!
