Hey Everyone,
I have a question.
In the builders manual, it states not to make the cover to the top wing tank removable for structural reasons. I have Firebolt plans, and it shows making the top tank removable and installing the top hatch with nut plates. If you read in Mac's Newsletters it talks about this further.
It shows using straps attached to the ribs to install the tank.
What is the reason for placing in bold that the hatch should not be removable???
