Hi Everyone:
I'm building an S1C from Steen Aero Lab Plans. I'm working on the trailing end of all the wing ribs so as to get them all the same so the trailing edge material will be nice and straight. On the full length ribs the plans call for the ribs to taper down to1/8" thickness at the end of the rib. However on the shorter aileron bay ribs the trialing end is shown to come to a sharp point. I can't believe thisis the way it should be. If using a metal trailing edge, you could never form a piece of sheetmetal with that sharp of an insidebend without it breaking, nor would you want a knife edge if using a wood trailing edge. It would seem to me that the trailingend of the aileron bay ribs should taper down to 1/8" thick as well just like the full length ribs. Thanks in advance for any input or suggestions.

Matt
