Zinc Chromate Alternative

Does anyone have any experience using Cortec Primer - <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1:stockticker>VCI</st1:stockticker>-373?

Supposedly, it's a great alternative to zinc chromate. (Cleans up with
water, and has no toxic vapors)
