Longerons...
Went to put the fuselage sides in the top side jig table and saw that both longerons have a "cup" to them. Starting at station 51.o, the center of that cup is probably 1/2" different than station 51.o and station 168.o

If been working on trying to straighten this out for a few hours now. I'm making some progress

Am I ever going to get this thing straight or do I need to cut this apart and put it back in the fuselage side jig ? Maybe some of the tubes I put in there were to "tight." I didn't think so when I was notching and fitting the tubes.

????
Any suggestions on how to straighten this out would be most helpful.Edited by: Jerry
