I have noticed strong exhaust fumes inflight with my S-1. I have the tucked cowl with dual exhausts exiting just in front to the bottom plexiglass.
There are several areas that allow exhaust in the cockpit and I am curious to how others have sealed them:
The biggest is where the fuel sump on the bottom of the wobble pump exits the floor pan. there is easily a 3/4-1 inch gap around this.
The second largest holes appear to be around the gear mounts (I have spring gear).
There are a few other holes that will be easy to address.
Thanks for your insight.
