Lets see some pictures of your lines from the top wing down the cabane struts. My SD2 has two 4130 lines welded inside the left forward cabane. 1/4" lines. I really like this as they are hidden. But I wish it had a 1/2" line welded inside and I could use it as a conduit for the 1/4" plastic line we use today. (I bent the upper pitot line and now it is flattened in that bent area after bending back. I never really liked this setup as it makes for cramped install but I would have left it alone if I hadn't bent it! Now I'm deciding on either just installing them external on the aft side of cabane using fabricated SS straps and adel clamps or doing the internal conduit. ) pics and ideas are welcome. I'm leaning towards cutting out the 1/4" lines and installing the internal conduit 1/2 or as big as will fit two plastic lines. If I go this way ill install a .040 doubler in the lower exit area.
