I Just found this site, looks like lots of great info here.

I have a Pitts S2B, andit is down foran annual inspection.Well,my IAis thorough, to say the least. He likes to tap firmly (pound?) on a selected wing rib to see what happens.Low and behold, he hears a rattle, metalic in sound. I am pretty sure it is the drag and anti-drag wires rattling together, but I can't see a thing to be sure. The 2 wires I can see have the properinsulator over the wires where they cross. All of the built-up ribs that I can see look great.

Do you think this is anything to be worried about? The a/c only has about 500 hours TT on it. I sure hate to start cutting holes in the fabric.

Thanks, Randy
