Considering trying a make the trip this year ( my first and last trip) to Reno since it will be my (and all of ours…) last chance to see it…
Any advice on most cost effective places to stay? (And hotel location best suited for daily access and attendance to Stead) Any advice on arrival and departure tips?
If I can pull this together I’ll be flying by some airline down from Canada. Is there any group of Canadian EAA members or any group from Ontario doing the trip and possibly have any extra and available spaces to stay each night while at the races? Thought I’d ask now as I assume bookings or reservations will need to be secured soon and I’m trying figure it all out and make some decisions. My biggest concern is finding the right place to stay as this trip’s cost could get out of hand by way of poor choices! (or simply by me being unknowledgeable!) I am possibly overcommitted this year already but would like to try and work this trip in if I can manage it. I doubt that I am the only one wondering these things so your comments will be appreciated by more than just me!
