It would appear pretty obvious that you use a 3/16" bolt in a 3/16" hole.... but it's a VERY tight fit and it's scraping the cadium finish off the bolt


I'm using long AN bolts on the rudder pedal/brake pedal connection. I've triple checked that the holes have been reamed to size. I've also beveled the holes so there wouldn't be a sharp edge to scrap the fitting.


What am I doing wrong ???
