I have a question about bonding the fabric at the outboard ribs of the plywood covered center section of the Skybolt one-piece wing.
Ive got a wing tank enclosed in the center section and the tank goes all the way to the compression strut inside.
What is the recommended way of attaching the fabric at the outer ribs? You cant drill holes and get lacing around the inside compression strut due to the tank, and the sides of the rib are sheeted.
Someone suggested using staples in a 45° cross every inch, but theres no real bond there either, like nails.
PK screws? Something else?
