Here's my first attempt at making a 1/8" NPT flange to weld on my gas tank project.
I don't recommend this......took me a few hours to make something I could have bought for about $4. But, it was fun.... ;-)
I just need to cure the chatter when I cut out the recess, and I should have tapered the edge at the top....learn that on the next one.
